LEGAL · plain english first, then the documents
The rules we play by.
The short version first, then every policy in full. The full documents are the ones that govern; these summaries do not replace them.
Privacy, in one paragraph
OSPRY identifies business visitors to our customers’ websites, so we may process information about people who never contacted us. Our customers must install a consent banner that blocks our tag until the visitor accepts. Identifying a person, rather than a company, works only for visitors located in the United States. Anyone can opt out and have their data deleted at any time, whether or not they are a customer, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals. An opt-out stops future processing; it cannot pull back data a customer already received.
Terms, in one paragraph
Your prices are the ones on our pricing page or in your order form, and wallet credit you buy does not expire. Before and while you use OSPRY, you must install a consent banner that blocks our tag until the visitor accepts, publish privacy and cookie language on your site that describes our tag, and link to the opt-out. You keep ownership of the data you upload. If you leave, your use ends with your paid period, and you keep access for thirty days after that to export your data. Identification is probabilistic: the match rates we publish are estimates, not commitments.
Data processing
For the records you upload, connect or send to our API, you are the controller and OSPRY is your processor under the Data Processing Addendum. Visitor identification results are different: for that data, OSPRY and the data partners behind identification each act as an independent controller, so the addendum does not cover it. The sub-processor list names the third parties that process personal information on our behalf.
