The ground rules for using OSPRY fairly and responsibly.

Acceptable use of the OSPRY Services is governed by our Terms of Service. There is no separate set of rules on this page, deliberately: two documents saying similar things is how they end up saying different things.
Section 7 of the Terms sets out what you must not do with the Services, including the prohibitions on re-identification outside the permitted tiers, on any use regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and on targeting an individual in their personal rather than business capacity.
Schedule 1 to the Terms carries the restrictions our data provider places on its data. It forms part of the Terms, binds every customer who receives that data, and prevails over Section 7 wherever it is stricter.
Section 5 of the Terms sets out what you must do when you deploy our tag, including the consent banner requirement. Those are conditions of use, not recommendations.
We may suspend access immediately where we reasonably believe continued use presents a legal or security risk, and we will tell you why.
Reporting misuse
To report a suspected breach of these rules by an OSPRY customer, or misuse of data that originated with us, contact privacy@legioncodeinc.com. Tell us what you saw and where, and we will investigate.
To ask that we stop processing information about you, use the options in our Privacy Notice.
